Spacious, clean rooms with mountain views. Free high-speed Wi-Fi. Friendly and supportive staff. Manager went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Great location near the Kokhta piste.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Located in the heart of a popular ski destination, this hotel is in a prime spot for winter sports enthusiasts. You'll be just moments away from the slopes, where you can easily rent equipment for a day of skiing. the rooms are clean, spacious, and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Plus, the staff are incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable.
While the hotel has an amazing location and clean rooms, some of the amenities advertised online were not readily available in the room.

the staff was very welcoming and friendly, and they made sure I had everything I needed. the location was perfect, and I was close to various amenities and attractions. I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, which was quite useful!

Great location for skiing and plenty of nearby amenities. Free Wi-Fi was offered which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and always willing to help when needed.
The room was smaller than expected. Even though the website stated the rooms were spacious, this was not the case. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was questionable with dust visible on surfaces. the room was not up to the standard I was expecting.

This hotel had amazing views of the mountains and was in an excellent location near the ski slopes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and the breakfast was delicious.
It was all superb.
